Boston 1 – Baltimore 7 – Mark Reynolds connected on pair of home runs and had four RBI to lead a rout of the Boston Red Sox 7-1 .
Josh Beckett struggled, giving up six runs on six hits in his 5 1/3 innings.
Carl Crawford went 2-for-4 and knocked in the only Red Sox run.

Texas 0 – New York 2 – Hiroki Kuroda took a no-hitter into the seventh inning and ended up with a two-hit shutout over the powerful Texas Rangers. Nick Swisher and Mark Teixeira homered for the Yankees.
Chicago 3 – Toronto 2 – Jose Quintana pitched into the seventh inning, allowing two runs on eight hits and struck out four. Rajai Davis went 3-for-4 with a double, run scored and pair of stolen bases .
Oakland 0 – Kansas City 5 – Jeremy Guthrie struck out eight, scattered three hits and a couple of walks over seven shutout innings for the Royals. Alcides Escobar went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI
Detroit 8 – Minnesota 4 – Miguel Cabrera finished 3-for-5 with double, a run scored and two RBI. Doug Fister allowed four runs, none of them earned, over eight innings and struck out seven for the Tigers. Josh Willingham hit his career-best 30th home run of the season.
Cleveland 6 – Los Angeles 9 – Albert Pujols went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a three-run homer, two runs scored and four RBI. Zack Greinke gave up 4 runs but earned his first victory as an Angel.
Tampa Bay 2 – Seattle 3 – Matt Moore stuck out 9 and walked just one , but did not get teh victory . A Carlos Pena error in the 9th led to a 2 run inning for the Mariners. Fernando Rodney failed to convert a save opportunity for the second time this year
