Why it matters

The filing sets the latest monthly baseline for the Trust's cash distribution stream and the net profits calculation behind it. Oil cash receipts exceeded direct operating expenses by $0.55 million in the current month.

Total direct operating expenses, including marketing, lease operating expenses and workover expenses, were $0.46 million, down about $0.19 million from the prior month’s distribution period. Severance and ad valorem taxes included in this month’s calculation were $0.05 million, down about $0.01 million.

T2S Permian Acquisition II LLC said the oil decline was mainly due to lower oil sales volumes. It said the rise in natural gas receipts came mainly from higher gas prices, partly offset by lower gas volumes.

The month’s calculation also included a $62,500 holdback, net $50,000 to the Trust, for future ad valorem taxes. The Trust also clarified that the prior month’s $62,500 release of previously reserved funds was the gross amount, of which $50,000 was net to the Trust.

What's next

The next checkpoint is the November 16, 2026 payment to record holders of units as of October 30, 2026, the dates named in the release.

A payment on that date would confirm the announced monthly schedule. A different amount would change the baseline the filing sets.
