San Diego 5 – Pittsburgh 11 – The Pittsburgh Pirates rallied from a 5-0 deficit, scoring nine runs in the fourth inning to beat the San Diego Padres 11-5. Andrew McCutchen and Michael McKenry each drove in two runs during the big inning. Clint Barmes had a grand slam in the fourth. Los Angeles 5 – Miami 0 – Chris Capuano struck out 10 and allowed just two hits in eight innings to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers over the Miami Marlins 5-0 . Hanley Ramirez was 2 for 4 with three RBI and a run scored for the Dodgers. The Dodgers had 12 hits compared to just the two hits for the Marlins.
