MINNEAPOLIS – Jake Peavy struck out eight over eight innings in the Chicago White Sox used another strong pitching performance to beat the Minnesota Twins 3-2.
Peavy allowed five hits and gave up one earned run. Alejandro De Aza had three hits for the White Sox, scored a run and had one RBI.
He also stole his 20th base of the year.
