The Los Angeles Dodgers are going to be missing All-Star and runner-up MVP Matt Kemp for at least four weeks due to a hamstring injury suffered in a game Wednesday night. Kemp reinjured his left hamstring just two days after returning from a previous spent on the DL with a strained of the same muscle. the Dodgers immediately called up infielder outfielder Alex Castellanos. it is quite possible that Kemp will miss more than four weeks as hamstring injuries can take some time to heal. According to team trainer Sue Falsone, the best-case scenario for Kemp’s return, was put it at four weeks. She also said Kemp could deal with hamstring issues for the rest of his career. Kemp described the injury as worse than it felt the first time the injury occurred.
