He’s Back – Jose Bautista Leads MLB In Home Runs

Blue Jays Jose BautistaJosé Bautista of the Toronto Blue Jays got off to a very slow start this season.

On Monday night Bautista hit his major league-leading 24th home run against the Boston Red Sox to help the Blue Jays to a 9-6 victory.

Bautista has been on a tear and is hitting .262 with 21 homers and 47 RBI in his last 50 games.

Bautista leaves a very powerful Blue Jays lineup, who lost their fourth starter this season when Henderson Alvarez had to be pulled from Monday night’s game with elbow soreness. The Blue Jays are only behind the New York Yankees for the league lead in team home runs and are among the league leaders in team RBI.

If you missed last night’s home run if one last look.
